Job description

To work within the Domestic and Laundry departments as and when required while also working with the Christian ethos of Trinity House.

Responsibilities

• To clean and tidy all areas.
• To follow procedures for the appropriate disposal of waste.
• To make beds as required.
• To wash, iron, itemise and distribute residents' clothes and all household laundry.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Evidence an understanding of and respect for the needs of older people.
• Awareness of health and safety practices within a working and residential environment.
• Willingness to work additional hours to meet the requirements of the Home.
• Must be willing to behave in a manner which respects the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.

Further Information

2 posts available, 24.5 and 29 hours per week. Shifts are 8am - 6pm, 8am - 1pm and 1pm- 6pm worked on a rota basis.
