We are seeking an Assistant Leader to support the management and delivery of high-quality childcare services. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising children, organising activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead in supervising children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Support the organisation and implementation of educational programmes and play-based activities tailored to children's developmental needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Level 3 Childcare qualification essential with the willingness to complete Level 5 as soon as practicable.
• Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting is essential.

Desirable Skills

• Demonstrated management or leadership skills.
