Our client based in Antrim is currently recruiting for a Transit Driver (3.5T) / Stores Person to join their team on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting goods using a transit van (up to 3.5 tonnes), as well as carrying out warehouse and stores duties. This includes loading the van each morning, manual handling, and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meat and pork products to customers, including butchers, shops and food businesses
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle
• Carry out stores and warehouse duties as required
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order
• Communicate with the office and customers regarding deliveries
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full UK Driving Licence (Category B) with a clean licence or minimal penalty points preferred
• Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties

Further Information
