Responsible for fabricating and welding steel components to precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Fabricate structural steel components - measuring, cutting, welding and grinding
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in structural steelwork
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Skilled in the use of fabrication tools, machinery, and measuring equipment
• Ability to work independently

Desirable Skills

• Forklift licence
