The Door-to-Door (D2D) Fundraising Campaign Manager plays a key operational leadership role in delivering Oxfam Ireland's face-to-face Regular Giving acquisition programme. Working closely with senior fundraising colleagues, the Campaign Manager will support the implementation of Oxfam Ireland's door-to-door acquisition strategy, oversee daily field operations, and ensure high-quality donor engagement, strong team performance, and adherence to compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the D2D acquisition strategy. Translate strategic goals into daily operational plans. Ensure high quality donor experience and retention. Plan staffing, scheduling, territories, and performance cycles.
- Manage and coach the Senior Team Leaders, Team Leaders and Door to Door Fundraisers. Lead and oversee team coaching and performance management. Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction. Build an inclusive, motivational team culture.
- Approve territory plans and ensure efficient coverage. On site management of quality prospect and donor engagements and compliance. Manage and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
- Oversee KPI tracking and performance reporting. Lead performance review cycles. Ensure data accuracy and reporting standards.
- Oversee training programmes for fundraisers. Ensure consistent coaching and skills development.
- Ensure compliance with Oxfam Ireland policies, fundraising regulations & GDPR. Address incidents and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with RG, Supporter Care, and Communications teams. Represent D2D programme in internal meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven experience 3 years in leading successful face to face fundraising, direct sales, or field marketing, specifically with a track record of achieving or exceeding ambitious income targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and mentor a field team, including experience with performance management, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Experience planning and executing sales campaigns, including territory planning and performance analysis. A results oriented, and resilient mindset, comfortable working in a target driven environment.
Desirable Skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory framework related to fundraising in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection and its relation to data management of donor data and employee data.
