Job description

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for operating on a production line, helping to ensure our products consistently meet the high standards expected by our customers and our business.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production line sections efficiently and safely.
• Follow production plans and work instructions accurately.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
• Meet daily production targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full training provided (no experience needed).
• Flexible and available to work shifts.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to follow instructions and production schedules.

Further Information

Work Time: Rotating shifts 4 days on / 2 off, 4 nights on / 2 off, to be confirmed. Overtime available. Career progression.
