Looking for a flexible role within the Public Sector? We're recruiting Casual Exercise Coaches for Mid and East Antrim Borough Council based in Larne and Ballymena. Responsibilities

• To assist the Duty Officer in the delivery of a structured programme of Exercise Classes
• Enabling individuals to develop according to their abilities whilst encouraging and promoting participation.
• Carry out safety checks on equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A current coaching/teaching qualification in a group exercise discipline (e.g. Pump, Group Spin, Aerobic, Water Aerobics. Dance, Circuits, 50 plus, HITT)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good standard of physical fitness
• As the nature of this post is likely to involve working with or being in close contact with children and/or vulnerable adults any offer of appointment will be subject to an Enhanced AccessNI Disclosure.
