Job description

We're recruiting Traffic Attendants to patrol Belfast on a moped/scooter, and if you're not already licenced, full CBT training is funded as part of your training, so the main thing we need from you is the right attitude, not the licence. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll be a visible, helpful presence in the local community, supporting safe and fair parking across our managed street parking.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas in Belfast on a moped/scooter.
• Check parking restrictions and enforce parking rules.
• Issue parking notices, fines, or guidance where required.
• Explain parking regulations, clamping procedures, and fines clearly and professionally to members of the public.
• Provide excellent customer service while dealing with members of the public.
• Operate safely outdoors in all weather conditions.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to handle challenging situations.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to ride a moped and complete CBT (Compulsory Basic Training).

Desirable Skills

• Current CBT or moped licence.
• Experience in an outdoor or public-facing role.

Location- Rose Building, 16 Howard Street,Belfast. CBT Training provided Shift Pattern: 2 weeks of early / 2 week of late (07:00 - 16:00 EARLY) (09:30-18:30 LATE)
