Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics: Inspecting engines, mechanical parts, and electrical components to accurately identify faults.
• System Repairs: Using diagnostic tools to inspect and repair vehicle computer and electronic systems.
• Routine Maintenance: Carrying out service work including fluid changes, lubrication, and safety checks to ensure vehicle longevity.
• Mechanical Repairs: Fixing leaks and replacing broken or dysfunctional parts (suspension, brakes, timing belts, etc.).
• Estimating & Advice: Providing accurate estimates for time and cost, while advising motorists on the best maintenance schedules for their vehicles.
• Workshop Standards: Keeping detailed logs of all work completed and maintaining tools and equipment in top condition.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of complex mechanical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot difficult issues.
• Ability to use modern workshop equipment and diagnostic scanners.
