Job description

The Regular Giving Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth in Oxfam Irelands regular giving programme by leading a multichannel acquisition and retention strategy across. First Engagement face to face twostep Telemarketing Digital Advertising and third party agency partners. This role is accountable for converting fundraising leads acquiring new committed supporters and ensuring engagement retention and increasing the lifetime value of our committed and loyal regular giving supporters.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of fundraising and marketing strategy, segment-led fundraising and marketing and donor/customer relationship management in a non-profit or commercial context.
  • Highly experienced people manager with a track record of leading highly performing and successful teams.
  • Experience in management of agency contracts and third-party vendors.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proven expertise in regular giving acquisition and retention across face-to-face fundraising, digital acquisition and telemarketing.
  • Experience in setting, developing and managing budgets.

Desirable Skills

  • Strong understanding of regulatory framework related to fundraising in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  • Experience in management of agency contracts and third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection and its relation to data management of donor data and employee data.
