We're looking for motivated, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Parking Enforcement Officers/Traffic Attendants. This is a varied and active role where no two days are the same. Patrolling Cookstown, Magherafelt and Dungannon, you'll help keep roads and car parks safe, accessible and available for everyone by ensuring parking regulations are applied fairly and consistently. Whether you're looking for a fresh challenge or a long-term career, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol on-street parking areas and car parks across Cookstown, Dungannon and Magherafelt.
• Issue Parking Charge Notices where appropriate.
• Provide clear advice and guidance to motorists and members of the public.
• Deliver excellent customer service while confidently managing challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate records using handheld technology.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with members of the public in a calm and professional manner.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Manual, clean UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in an outdoor or public-facing role.
• Previous customer service experience.
