Our client, a supplier and distributor of livestock feed additives, is seeking a Forklift Operator Warehouse operator to join their team based in Toomebridge. Our client is an animal nutrition company that supplies and distributes feed additives for livestock, mainly for ruminant animals such as cattle and dairy cow.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Loading and unloading deliveries and ensuring goods are stored correctly
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Ensuring the warehouse area is kept clean, safe, and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous warehouse or forklift operating experience preferred
• Good customer service skills with the ability to answer telephone enquiries professionally
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures
