We're delighted to be recruiting a creative and passionate Content Creator to join the Climate Minds NI project, a pioneering partnership between Inspire Wellbeing and Live Here Love Here. Climate Minds NI explores the connection between climate action, mental wellbeing and community resilience, supporting communities across Northern Ireland to create positive change for both people and planet.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and accessible content for Climate Minds NI across a range of digital and print platforms.
  • Create content that amplifies participant voices and supports project communications, engagement and campaigning objectives.
  • Support the development of marketing, campaign and project materials, ensuring compliance with Inspire's quality, branding and accessibility standards.
  • Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve reach, engagement and impact.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A full current driving licence and access to a car with business insurance, or willing to obtain business insurance. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the role will involve working at various locations.
  • A third level qualification in a relevant field for example; Marketing, Media Studies, or ICT or a minimum of 2 years working in a similar content creation role
  • Demonstrate strong photography and videography skills, including editing and production for online content.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt content for different audiences.
  • Demonstrate good communication and collaboration skills with others to create content.
  • Demonstrate experience in using digital platforms including online content management systems (CMS) social media with ability to use and understand analytics.
  • Understanding of how climate action intersects with wider social, economic and health inequalities.

Further Information

Salary is £16,120.00 - £16,889.60 per annum pro rata.
