Compass Group are delighted to partner with Ulster University to provide catering and hospitality services to its students, staff and visitors on campus.

Responsibilities

• To provide the highest level of customer service to clients and customers in a coffee service environment, whilst ensuring maximum sales are achieved through promotional activity, product knowledge and upselling at every opportunity.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area.
• Experience in customer service environment
• Barista Skills & experience of minimum 2 years

Desirable Skills

• Experience of working in a pure retail environment.
• Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Retail Skills or Customer Service.
• Coffee Art.
