Roles available in a fast paced environment, in a busy city centre location.

Responsibilities

• Answerable to, and performing all duties as required by, the owner, shop manager, deli manager and deli supervisors.
• Understanding of basic aims and goals expected of each person.
• Understanding of the deli operation within the shop.
• Performing duties and tasks as set out under basic hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Application of basic hygiene principles.
• Basic operation of all major kitchen equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food preperation.
