Sproules Jewellers is looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join its established team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a luxury retail environment, helping customers choose jewellery and gifts for life’s most memorable occasions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service.
• Build positive relationships with new and returning customers.
• Process sales and customer enquiries accurately.
• Support the wider team with the daily running of the store.
• Help customers select jewellery, watches and gifts to suit their needs and budget.
• Develop strong knowledge of Sproules’ products and brands.
• Maintain attractive, well-presented displays.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to process sales and provide excellent customer service.
• You must be available to work Saturdays. This is an essential requirement for the position.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Experience working with jewellery, watches, fashion or luxury products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
