Providing person centred care to elderly people in their own homes, supporting with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship. Following care plans, keeping clear records, and promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Supporting vulnerable adults with personal care, assist with mobility, meal preparation, administer medication and companionship.
• Promoting dignity, comfort, and independence at the comfort of their home.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be a driver with UK Full Driving Licence and access to car.

Desirable Skills

• Good communication skills.
