We are recruiting Trainee Production Operators for our client, Cranswick, in Cullybackey. Responsibilities

• Packing finished meat products to company and customer standards.
• Assisting with basic meat preparation and butchery duties.
• Learning to safely handle, trim and prepare different cuts of meat under supervision.
• Assisting experienced butchers with production and preparation tasks.
• Supplying packaging and materials to production lines.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Following food hygiene and safe food-handling procedures at all times.
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas, tools and equipment.
• Carrying out manual handling, including moving products and materials
• Working as part of a busy production and butchery team to meet daily production targets.
• Following all health and safety procedures and company instructions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to carry out manual handling duties.
