Responsibilities
- Packing finished meat products to company and customer standards.
- Assisting with basic meat preparation and butchery duties.
- Learning to safely handle, trim and prepare different cuts of meat under supervision.
- Assisting experienced butchers with production and preparation tasks.
- Supplying packaging and materials to production lines.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Following food hygiene and safe food-handling procedures at all times.
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas, tools and equipment.
- Carrying out manual handling, including moving products and materials
- Working as part of a busy production and butchery team to meet daily production targets.
- Following all health and safety procedures and company instructions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to carry out manual handling duties.
