Job description
Are you an organised administrator with experience in a manufacturing environment and an interest in Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) compliance? Full training and development across HSE, Quality and Compliance functions Career progression opportunities within a successful manufacturing business.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining health and safety records, documentation, and compliance systems
- Assisting with risk assessments, inspections, and internal audits
- Supporting accident, incident, and near-miss reporting processes
- Monitoring and updating policies, procedures, and training records
- Assisting with environmental compliance documentation and reporting
- Producing reports, spreadsheets, and compliance data for management review
- Supporting quality management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating employee training records and compliance requirements
- Working closely with production and management teams to promote a positive safety culture
- Ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous administration experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and report preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- An interest in Health & Safety, Compliance, Quality, or Environmental Management
