Job description

We are seeking a Cleaning Operator to carry out designated duties to a high service and cleanliness, adhering to Dragon Brand Foods' standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Regular cleaning of production areas & machinery as per the daily, weekly & deep cleaning schedules.
• Implementing and understanding of health and safety, and Food Safety Regulations regulations.
• Following the operating procedures, materials and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification.
• Reporting any faults or issues with production areas/machinery to management.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience of commercial cleaning is preferable but not essential, full training will be provided.
• Being a team player and flexible.
• Understanding of food hygiene and importance of good health and safety practice.
