Job description

We are looking for someone with a heart for people and a passion for making a difference to join our charity shop team in Carrickfergus. This role offers the opportunity to actively support and promote Blythswood's Christian ethos - through practical service, prayerful presence and local outreach - while managing the day-to-day operations of a much-loved charity shop.

• Lead with care, build positive relationships and serve with commitment to the mission.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• This post has an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9 Part 1, that the post holder should have a genuine and active Christian faith and church commitment and can fully subscribe to the Charity's Statement of faith

Desirable Skills

• Retail experience would be helpful, and experience of working with volunteers an advantage
