Job description

Roles available in a fast paced environment, in our South Belfast store. Variable shift lengths available. Training shall be given on all these tasks and duties: Performing duties and tasks set out under basic hygiene and HACCP requirements

Responsibilities

• Customer Service.
• Food Preparation.
• Food Hygiene and Cleaning.
• Basic operation of all major kitchen equipment.
• Answerable to, and performing all duties as required by the owner, shop manager, deli manager and supervisors.
• Cleaning duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer care & customer service skills.
• Applications of basic hygiene principles.
• Understanding of HACCP to perform duties and tasks as set out under basic hygiene and HACCP requirements
• Food preparation experience.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of basic aims and goals expected of each person.
• Basic knowledge and interest in food.

Further Information

All training will be provided. Progression available within the role, including supervisor training if opportunities arise. 4-8 Hour shifts between 06.00-18.00, days to be confirmed.
