Project: RAISE Programme Location: Limavady RAISE Catchment Area, Causeway Coast and Glens Delivery Base: Across schools, family homes, community settings and Dry Arch Children’s Centres Linked To: Dry Arch Children’s Centre and Family Support HUB Reporting To: Family Support and HUB Co-ordinator Responsible To: Executive Director Travel Requirements: Regular travel across the Limavady RAISE locality will be required.
Responsibilities
- Direct support for children and young people
- Family support and parental engagement
- Home-school partnership working
- Attendance, EBSA and school re-engagement support
- Oracy activities and capacity building
- Community and multi-agency working.
- Support planning, monitoring and evaluation
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A relevant qualification at Level 4 or above in Youth Work, Social Care, Education, Community Development, Psychology, Health and Social Care, Early Years, Counselling, Family Support or another relevant field, or relevant professional experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to children and young people, family support, emotional wellbeing, attendance, communication, oracy, trauma-informed practice or school engagement.
- A full driving licence and access to transport, or access to a suitable form of transport that enables the duties of the post to be carried out. Reasonable adjustments will be considered where appropriate.

Further Information
Salary-£32,175 per annum pro rata. Further Information on the experience and qualifications required for the post will be outlined in the application pack.
