We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping to oversee the daily operations of the bar, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of the bar's operations. This role includes key holding for opening & locking the bar.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the bar's offerings
• Manage staff while on shift, inc breaks
• Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry (hotel, bar or restaurant)
• Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
