For this position, residency in United Kingdom - Northern Ireland and a valid work permit are required. Position: Cleaning Operative Location: Belfast Hours per week: 15h - This jobs is regarding 2 positions, with 2 different shits: Shift 1 (15 hours per week): Mon-Thu 6:00am-8:30am, Sat 6:00am-8:00am, Sun 10:00am-1:00pm. Shift 2 (15 hours per week): Mon 3:00pm-6:00pm, Tue, Wed & Sat 2:00pm-6:00pm. Salary / Hourly rate: 12.71 Start date: ASAP CCS Cleaning has an exciting new opportunity for you in Downpatrick Since 1966, we have been a leading company in the cleaning industry, and we are currently looking for reliable cleaning staff to join our team. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are new to the industry and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining customer areas (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping)
• Dusting and wiping surfaces (desks, tables, mirrors, fixtures)
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, and taps
• Emptying waste bins and replacing liners
• Maintaining staff areas (surfaces, sinks, and appliances like microwaves and fridges)

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Able to demonstrate pride in your work and deliver high standards
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential, full training provided
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
