Job description

We are recruiting experienced Plumbers to join our growing maintenance team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services across social housing properties.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Diagnose faults and resolve plumbing issues promptly
  • Repair and replace pipework, taps, toilets, showers, cylinders, and associated fixtures
  • Identify and report any additional works required
  • Complete job reports and paperwork accurately using handheld devices
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience within reactive maintenance, social housing, or property maintenance environments
  • The ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working within social housing would be preferable
