Job description

We are recruiting an experienced Roofer to join our growing maintenance team. You will be responsible for carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Derry/Londonderry.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnosing roofing issues and providing effective solutions.
• Working in occupied and void properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently.
• Delivering excellent customer service when working in residents’ homes.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven roofing experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Health and Safety experience.
