Job description

We are recruiting experienced Roofers to join our growing maintenance team. You will be responsible for carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in South Belfast.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance
• Diagnosing roofing issues and providing effective solutions
• Working in occupied and void properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service when working in residents’ homes

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven roofing experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional approach to work
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong commitment to quality workmanship and health & safety
