Job description

We are recruiting Joiners to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for our client. The work will be based in South Belfast.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance. Repair, replace, and install doors, frames, locks, skirting, kitchens, flooring, and other fixtures as required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Liaise professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate job records and comply with health and safety requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent.
• Previous trades experience in similar role.
• Up to date relevant industry knowledge, including Health and Safety legislation.
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license.
