We are recruiting for a Full time Van Sales Representative. PW Autocare is expanding! As Northern Ireland’s official Autoglym franchisee, we are looking for a driven, professional, and friendly Van Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will take our premium product range directly to customers’ areas across Greater Belfast area, Co. Antrim and Co. Down. You will manage and develop this key regional route, build strong relationships within trade and retail, and drive revenue through introducing new customers to the Autoglym brand, ensuring current customers have excellent service as well as pro-active selling and upselling. Key Responsibilities: Manage Your Route: Drive a fully stocked company van to visit existing and open new customer accounts across the Greater Belfast, Co. Antrim and Co. Down locations. Drive Sales & Upsell: Introduce premium Autoglym stock, promotions, and upsell products to maximize order values. Build Relationships: Deliver friendly and professional customer service to maintain high customer loyalty. Manage Stock: Maintain accurate van inventory and ensure product displays look professional and appealing. What We Are Looking For: Sales Experience: Proven track record in a direct sales or field sales role Upselling Skills: Confident in identifying customer needs and recommending additional premium products. You will cold call and build up your customer base. A natural communicator who is driven, genuinely friendly, professional, and dependable. A clean, valid driving licence is essential.

Essential Skills
