Production Operators Wanted Temp to Perm! Industrial Temps are recruiting on behalf of our client Based in Ballymena We are sourcing workers who are have previous hands on experience in manufacturing, production or assembly If you’re looking for a great opportunity with the potential for a permanent position, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a busy production and assembly team.
• Assembling furniture components and products accurately and efficiently.
• Following production instructions, specifications and assembly processes.
• Using hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly.
• Checking components and finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Carrying out visual quality checks and reporting any defects or issues.
• Preparing materials and components for the production process.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year’s recent experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment.
• Previous experience working to production targets and deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good practical/manual skills and confidence using basic hand tools.
• A strong understanding of workplace health & safety.

Desirable Skills

• A reliable and punctual approach to work.
