Job description

As a Customer Advisor, you’re the heart of our stores. You'll offer high quality service to customers, complete operational tasks and work to add on sales targets, with a positive engaging personal, always willing to go the extra mile. It does get busy in store, so juggling multiple customers at once is needed. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations of the store.
• Organise deliveries. Be involved in stock movements.
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Selling skills.
• Strong communication skills. Customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

• Sales experience. Previous retail experience.

Further Information

Location: The Boulevard Outlet. Work Time: 1 x 12 hours per week over 3 days flexing to 16 hours when required, 9am-6pm, up to 9pm on Thursday and Friday. Please note 2 x 8 hours per week over 2 days flexing to 12 hours when required (1 is temporary contract available until Feb 2027).
