Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Field & Production Operative. This role combines outdoor fieldwork and hands-on production tasks, requiring physical stamina, adaptability, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a variety of environments, performing both field and factory-based activities to ensure smooth operations. Reporting: Document activities, noting issues or improvements, and communicate regularly with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks such as inspections, equipment setup, and maintenance in outdoor environments, occasionally facing variable weather conditions.
• Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring proper upkeep and reporting any malfunctions.
• Ensure products meet required standards by performing basic inspections and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols, especially when working in remote or uneven terrain.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job as some heavy lifting involved.
