Due to expansion of service, we are seeking Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will be attentive to Service Users' needs. Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
- Great communication skills.
- Able to promote and deliver person centred care.
Desirable Skills
- QCF Level 3 or above in health and social care.
- Previous paid caring experience.
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
Further Information
We are recruiting home care assistants to cover both full time and part time rotas in Dungiven. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy. We work a 4/3 rota pattern: Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We have morning and afternoon rotas available beginning 07:00 - 18:30.
