Our client Terumo is seeking a Senior Grade 2 Operator to join their team based in Larne.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, SOP’s, product specifications and Health and Safety Regulations
• Operate and verify label and foil printing processes, ensuring accuracy of batch and expiry data
• Control and issue Labels and leaflets ensuring correct material, traceability and QA approval status
• Perform first off checks, in Process verification, and documentation completion
• Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks and stock reconciliation
• Support production to achieve output targets while maintaining high standards
• Carry out Area Clear Checks and maintain high housekeeping standards
• Escalate any deviations or discrepancies to production management/ QA

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work in a GMP-regulated environment
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime if required

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Inspection, packaging or print operations is advantageous
