Providing person centred care to elderly people in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting vulnerable adults with personal care, assist with mobility, meal preparation, administer medication and companionship.
• Following care plans, keeping clear records, and promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be a driver with UK Full Driving Licence and access to car.

Desirable Skills

• Good communication skills.
