Our client, Genesis Bakery is recruiting Hygiene Operators to join our client's busy and growing team in Magherafelt. Cleaning bakery equipment, machinery, utensils, racks, bins and mixing bowls.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bakery equipment, machinery, utensils, racks, bins and mixing bowls
• Carrying out routine and deep cleaning throughout the bakery
• Maintaining clean production and packing areas
• Safely using cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH regulations
• Completing cleaning records accurately and on time
• Removing waste and keeping work areas clean and organised
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the bakery

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a hygiene, cleaning, manufacturing or food production role
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organise and work efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
