Job description

The Foxes Den is looking for a Barista to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot drinks, providing excellent customer service and helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other hot drinks to a high standard. Provide efficient customer service.
• Take orders and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
• Restock cups, milk, syrups and other supplies. Follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate and clean coffee equipment correctly. Monitor stock levels and reduce unnecessary waste.
• Support the wider front-of-house team during busy periods. Follow food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills,
• Good attention to detail, organisation and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Is confident using coffee equipment.

Desirable Skills

• Previous barista experience preferred.
