Shift Leaders are key in supporting the smooth running of store operations, providing great service and supporting their team to do the same. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

• They are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• They make coffee, and matcha, and seasonal drinks: every order is special. From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it.
• They provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• They keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

• Team leading and/or supervisory experience.

Location High Street Mall. Salary: Up to £12.91 per hour, to be confirmed. What you can expect: Training, no coffee experience is required.
