Responsibilities

• To ensure everything complies with legal requirements.
• Communicate with children, staff and outside agencies.
• Set up lunch area, rinse dishes in preparation for return to primary school.
• Be aware of food allergies.
• Transferring and serving of meals.
• Organisation and cleaning of food service areas.
• Setting tables for children's lunches
• Recording of temperatures.
