Job description

Working alongside a Kerbside Driver, you’ll help collect and lift recyclable materials on set routes. It’s a hands-on, active role where teamwork is key.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and separate recyclable materials directly from households - on the kerbside and back at the depot.
• Always follow Health & Safety policies and use the correct PPE to keep yourself and others safe.
• Use safe lifting techniques and follow best working practices throughout your day.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role as well as working outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible with regards to occasional overtime when needed.
