Responsibilities

• Work to guidelines for hygienic slaughter, dressing and evisceration of animals
• Maintain proper knowledge and use of slaughter equipment, including knives
• Working on a production line
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Please note this role requires heavy lifting
• Training will be provided

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience desirable but not essential
