Ensure the correct use of spices and ingredients, maintaining consistency in flavour, aroma, and presentation. Maintain a high standard of food quality, taste, texture, and presentation across all curry dishes.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the kitchen operation.
  • Adhere strictly to traditional culinary techniques, ensuring cultural authenticity in every dish.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to design seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Promote team development and knowledge sharing of regional culinary practices.
  • Monitor stock levels of key ingredients and spices, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
  • Comply with all food hygiene, health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
