• Serve customers efficiently while providing attentive service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling transactions and giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to uphold health standards.
• Support team members during busy periods by multitasking and managing time effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous barista experience is required; experience with coffee machine and beverage preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and standards to ensure safe handling of all food items.
• Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Basic Maths skills for cash handling and order calculations.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
