Job description
Reporting directly to the Action Plan Lead (Youth Homelessness), the Assistant Principal Officer will provide detailed operational and functional support in the development and delivery of a number of strands relating to Homelessness Policy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, review and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures, systems, controls and initiatives in relation to Homelessness Policy etc.
- Assist with delivery as required of the Housing Executive’s Research Programme in relation any research commissioned on behalf of Homelessness Policy & Strategy.
- Provide a high quality service in relation to responding to queries from operational staff.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Possess a degree level qualification or equivalent professional qualification OR Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning AND at least 2 years' experience.
