Job description

You will carry out a variety of responsive repairs, void property works, planned projects and multi-trade maintenance across a variety of residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking work on tile and slate pitched roofs, flat roofs, lead work, roof lights, rainwater goods, and associated roofing repairs.
• Undertaking a mix of responsive repairs, void property works, and project-based maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Completed Roofer apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification.
