Job description

You will carry out responsive repairs, testing, maintenance, inspections, and planned electrical works across our housing portfolio. You'll work across a variety of residential properties, ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical services while helping us create homes and communities people are proud to live in.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical repairs and fault finding.
• Performing testing and inspection works.
• Undertaking planned maintenance and improvement projects.
• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards.
• Participating in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota (approximately 1 week in every 12).

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent.
