Job description

We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our Hollybank Team. We are offering a £300 joining bonus, paid after 3 months in the role.

Responsibilities

• To work as a trained multi-skilled member of the team providing various aspects of care to elderly and disabled residents.
• To provide and assist with training of Healthcare Assistants.
• To monitor standards of care within the home and to ensure a high quality, caring service is provided at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months experience as Senior Healthcare Assistant in Nursing Home or similar environment.
• Be registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).

Desirable Skills

• NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience in induction or training role.
• 2 years experience in nursing home or similar environment.

Further Information

The shifts are 12 hours long, from 8.00pm to 8:00am, days to be confirmed. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
