Job description

To work within the Domestic and Laundry departments as and when required while also working within the Christian ethos of Trinity House.

Responsibilities

• To clean and tidy toilets and bathrooms.
• To clean and tidy bedrooms and corridors.
• To clean and tidy communal areas.
• To follow procedures for the appropriate disposal of waste.
• To wash, iron, itemise and distribute clothing and household laundry.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Evidence an understanding of and respect for the needs of older people.
• Awareness of health and safety practices within a working and residential environment.
• Willingness to work additional hours to meet the requirements of the Home.
• Must be willing to behave in a manner which respects the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.

2 posts: 24.5 & 25 hours per week Shifts are 8am - 6pm, 8am - 1pm and 1pm - 6pm worked on a rota basis
