Part-Time Office Cleaner Friday Route RexCleaning is looking for two dependable local office cleaners for a permanent Friday route in the Dungannon area. The route covers three nearby office locations. Site A is approximately 10 minutes from Sites B and C, while Sites B and C are around two minutes apart. The route has a total cleaning allocation of 10 hours, shared between two cleaners. Each person will normally work approximately 4-5.5 hours on a Friday, depending on the agreed allocation. Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle, as travel between assigned locations may be required. This vacancy has opened because our current cover team travels from outside the area, and we want to put a dependable local team in place. Starting pay is £12.71 per hour. Performance and pay will be reviewed after the first month and periodically thereafter. Most of our established cleaners currently earn between £13.50 and £14.00 per hour, depending on reliability, cleaning standards and client feedback. Increases are not automatic. We recruit carefully, and more than 90% of our cleaners stay with us. As the company grows locally, opportunities for additional hours and internal supervisory responsibilities may become available, although these cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, kitchens, washrooms and communal area.
• Vacuum and mop floors, empty bins, wipe surfaces and touchpoints.
• Replenish supplies, travel between three nearby sites, report stock needs or issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle with suitable business-use insurance.
• Available Fridays. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently across three nearby sites.
• Good attention to detail and right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills

• Previous office or commercial cleaning experience.
• Experience following cleaning schedules, working independently and reporting issues to a supervisor.
